1. Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At MT Beauty, we want you to feel confident in your skincare journey.

That's why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on two of our signature products:

• The Revive Pen
• The Revive Kit

If you're not satisfied with your experience after completing our four-week skincare trial, you can request a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Guarantee conditions

To qualify for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you must:

1. Complete the four-week trial. Follow the supplied product instructions during the 30 days following delivery. Do not use the device more frequently than recommended.
2. Document your skincare journey. Take one photograph of the targeted skin area each week for four consecutive weeks.
3. Use consistent photographs. Photographs must show the same treatment area in similar lighting and from similar angles, without filters or digital alterations.
4. Submit your claim. Email your order number, four weekly progress photographs and a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction to admin@mtbeautyco.com.
5. Meet the claim deadline. Claims must be submitted within 37 days of delivery, allowing seven additional days after the four-week trial to complete your request.
6. Follow the return instructions. If we require the device or remaining kit components to be returned, we will provide the relevant instructions.

The photographs are required to demonstrate participation in the four-week routine, not to allow MT Beauty to decide whether your results are good enough.

Customers who satisfy the conditions and remain dissatisfied are eligible for a refund of the qualifying product's purchase price.

Important: This voluntary satisfaction guarantee does not apply to Revitalise Patches or replacement cartridges purchased separately.

The guarantee is additional to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.

2. General Returns

For products not covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion.

Where accepted, products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened microneedling cartridges, used skincare patches and other used skincare products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

These restrictions do not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. How to Start a Return

Contact admin@mtbeautyco.com with your order number and reason for requesting a return.

Please do not send products back without first receiving return instructions.

For discretionary change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where helpful, include your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will assess the matter and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The four-week trial and photographic documentation requirements do not apply to claims involving faulty or non-compliant goods.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, contact admin@mtbeautyco.com.

Exchanges are subject to product eligibility and availability, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

6. European Union Returns and Cancellations

If you are a consumer in the European Union and purchase goods online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods without providing a reason, unless a legal exemption applies.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return eligible goods within 14 days.

We will process eligible refunds within the legally required timeframe. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

Applicable refunds include the product price and standard delivery charges. Additional express delivery costs are generally not refundable.

Certain sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons may be exempt once unsealed, where the relevant law permits.

7. United Kingdom Returns and Cancellations

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom and purchase goods online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving your goods, unless an exemption applies.

After notifying us, you must return eligible goods within 14 days.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws.

Certain hygiene-sensitive products may be exempt from cancellation rights if their protective seals have been broken, where permitted by law.

8. Refund Processing

Once your return or guarantee claim has been assessed, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

9. Privacy of Progress Photographs

Photographs submitted as part of our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee will be used solely to assess your claim.

You may crop photographs to show only the relevant skin area.

We will not publish or use your photographs for advertising or marketing without your separate permission.

Photographs will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

10. Your Consumer Rights

Our returns policy and voluntary money-back guarantee operate in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and other applicable consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where goods fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees, customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, refund or other remedies, regardless of the time limits or photographic conditions of our voluntary guarantee.
